During this week we’ve made great progress on our media course comedic PSA video, with us even going so far as to spend a day travelling to and around London in order to authentically capture a very short scene. The high stakes of having to prioritise battery power, breaks, transport, and a general schedule without any tutor assistance being available to us was a great learning opportunity.
Due to having my birthday not long ago before this point, I recently got a hold of a GoPro camera. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to test it out and see what its good at and what I should prioritise other equipment for. Overall, I’m still learning the true capabilities of the camera itself, but see a lot of promise in the unique abilities of it, especially when used alongside the cameras that the college provides.
